The SKY65135-21 from Skyworks Solutions is a fully matched, DC blocked, lead-free, surface mount Multi-Chip Module (MCM) Power Amplifier (PA). It is designed for WLAN/ISM/WCS applications and wireless access nodes in the 2400–2500 MHz band.
