The Skyworks Solutions SKY19245-686LF is a single-pole, four-throw (SP4T) switch designed for antenna tuning applications. It features a broadband frequency range from 0.1 GHz to 2.7 GHz, a low ON-resistance (RON) of 0.8 Ω, and a low OFF-capacitance (COFF) of 150 fF.

 

Switching is controlled by an integrated GPIO interface with three control pins. This allows the antenna port to connect to one of four switched RF outputs or multiple pre-defined outputs simultaneously, while other RF ports remain in isolation. No external DC blocking capacitors are required if no DC voltage is applied on any RF path.

 

The device is supplied in a compact 10-pin, 1.5 x 1.1 x 0.45 mm typical Quad Flat No-Lead (QFN) package, suitable for board-level assembly. It meets MSL1 requirements and is rated for 260 °C reflow soldering per JEDEC J-STD-020.

 

Applications include aperture tuning and impedance tuning.
