The SKY14151-350LF from Skyworks Solutions is a symmetrical, single-pole, four-throw (SP4T) switch designed for broadband, high power switching applications. It covers a frequency range from 20 MHz to 2.5 GHz, offering low insertion loss of 0.40 dB at 1 GHz and 0.45 dB at 2 GHz, with high isolation of 29 dB at 1 GHz.
This switch is manufactured using Skyworks' pHEMT process and features integrated logic requiring only two control lines. It is suitable for multimode applications such as GSM/WCDMA/EDGE, datacards, and mobile high power switching systems. The device operates with a supply voltage (VDD) from 2.5 V to 3.0 V for high power applications, and can be used down to 1.8 V for low power applications. It also offers high linearity with IMD < -111 dBm and good harmonic performance < -80 dBc @ 0.9 GHz.
The SKY14151-350LF is provided in a compact 16-pin QFN (3x3 mm) package, suitable for surface mount applications. It operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
