The SKY13345-368LF from Skyworks Solutions is a CMOS silicon-on-insulation (SOI) SP3T switch. It features a broadband frequency range from 0.1 to 3.5 GHz, with a low insertion loss of 0.5 dB at 2.45 GHz and high isolation of 32 dB up to 2.45 GHz.
This switch is ideal for WLAN (802.11 b/g) and Bluetooth applications operating in the 2.4 to 2.5 GHz frequency range.
