The Skyworks SKY13330-397LF is a CMOS silicon-on-insulator (SOI) single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switch designed for high-performance RF switching applications. With a broadband frequency range from 0.1 GHz to 6.0 GHz, it offers a low insertion loss of 0.35 dB at 2.2 GHz and 0.60 dB at 6 GHz, along with a high IP1dB of +39 dBm.
This switch is ideal for WCDMA band and mode switching, as well as antenna switching for multimode systems. It operates with a DC supply voltage range of 2.3 V to 4.8 V and a positive low control voltage range of 1.65 V to 2.70 V. The device eliminates the need for external DC blocking capacitors on RF ports.
The SKY13330-397LF is provided in a compact 12-pin, 2x2 mm Quad Flat No-Lead (QFN) package, suitable for surface mount applications. It operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
