The Skyworks SKY13267-321LF is a monolithic DPDT (Double Pole Double Throw) switch fabricated using proprietary GaAs PHEMT technology. This wideband switch operates with RF signals from LF to 6 GHz, making it ideal for applications such as 802.11a/b/g transmit/receive diversity.
