The SK38A-TP is a 3 Amp Schottky rectifier from Micro Commercial Co, designed for surface mount applications. It features a maximum DC blocking voltage of 80V and a maximum RMS voltage of 56V. The device offers a low forward voltage of 0.85V at 3A and 25°C, enabling high efficiency in power conversion circuits.
