The SK36A-LTP is a 60V, 3A Schottky rectifier diode from Micro Commercial Co, designed for surface mount applications. It utilizes Schottky barrier technology to provide fast switching with a low forward voltage drop of 750 mV at 3A, minimizing power loss. The device is capable of handling high surge currents up to 80A (8.3ms half sine wave) and offers a typical junction capacitance of 250 pF at 4V, 1MHz.
This diode is packaged in the industry-standard DO-214AC (SMA) package, which is suitable for automated assembly. It features a junction operating temperature range of -50°C to 125°C and provides thermal resistance of 80°C/W (junction-to-ambient) and 20°C/W (junction-to-lead) when mounted on a PCB with 8.0mm x 8.0mm copper pads. The epoxy meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating.
The SK36A-LTP is compliant with RoHS and Halogen Free (Green) standards, making it suitable for environmentally conscious designs.
