The SK36-7 is a surface-mount Schottky barrier rectifier designed for low voltage, high frequency applications. It features a maximum recurrent peak reverse voltage of 60V and an average forward rectified current of 3A. The forward voltage is typically 0.75V at 3A, enabling efficient rectification with minimal power loss.
This device includes guard ring construction for transient protection and is capable of meeting MIL-STD-19500 environmental standards. The plastic case is rated UL 94V-0 for flammability. The operating and storage temperature range spans -65°C to 150°C.
The SK36-7 is housed in a DO-214AB (SMC) package suitable for automated assembly. Terminals are solderable per MIL-STD-202, Method 208. The part is also available with lead-free matte tin finish plating.
