The SK34-7-F is a surface mount Schottky barrier rectifier from Diodes Incorporated. It features a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 40V, maximum RMS voltage of 28V, and maximum DC blocking voltage of 40V. The device can handle an average forward rectified current of 3A and a peak forward surge current of 100A (8.3 ms single half sine-wave). Forward voltage is low at 0.5V maximum at 3A. Reverse current is 0.5mA at 25°C and 20mA at 100°C. Typical total capacitance is 300pF at 4V reverse voltage and 1MHz. The device is housed in a DO-214AB (SMC) molded plastic case with solderable terminals per MIL-STD-202, Method 208. It meets UL flammability classification 94V-0 and has moisture sensitivity level 1 per J-STD-020A. The operating and storage temperature range is -65°C to +150°C. With guard ring construction for transient protection, it is suitable for high frequency rectification, freewheeling, and polarity protection applications.
