The SK310A-TP is a 3 Amp Schottky rectifier from Micro Commercial Co, designed for surface mount applications. It offers a maximum DC blocking voltage of 100V and an average forward current of 3A. The forward voltage is 850 mV at 3A, typical for Schottky diodes, enabling low power loss. Reverse leakage current is 0.5 mA at 25°C and 20 mA at 100°C. The device can handle a peak forward surge current of 80A (8.3 ms half sine). Junction capacitance is 250 pF at 4V and 1 MHz. Operating temperature range is -50°C to +125°C.
