The SK1035-TP is a Schottky rectifier diode from Micro Commercial Co, designed for surface mount applications. It offers a maximum DC blocking voltage of 35V and an average forward current of 10A at a lead temperature of 95°C.
The diode features a low forward voltage of 0.65V at 10A and 25°C, minimizing power loss. It can handle a peak forward surge current of 250A (8.3ms half sine). Reverse leakage current is 1mA at 25°C and 20mA at 100°C. Typical junction capacitance is 500pF at 4V and 1MHz.
As a Schottky diode, it offers fast switching with no reverse recovery time, making it suitable for high-frequency rectification and power supply applications. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C, with storage up to 150°C. Thermal resistance from junction to lead is typically 18°C/W.
