The SJ1-3534 is a 3.5mm stereo phone jack from CUI Devices. It is a female connector with 3 conductors and 4 contacts, supporting stereo (TRS) signals. The jack features a single internal switch and is designed for panel mount and through hole mounting with a right angle orientation. Termination is via solder terminals.
Electrical ratings include a maximum input voltage of 12 Vdc and a maximum input current of 1 A. Contact resistance is 50 mΩ maximum between terminal and mating plug, and 30 mΩ maximum between terminals in a closed circuit. Insulation resistance is 100 MΩ minimum at 500 Vdc, and the connector withstands 500 Vac for 1 minute.
The housing and cover are made of PBT with UL94V-0 flammability rating. The bushing is copper alloy (H59) with nickel plating, terminals are brass with silver plating, and springs are stainless steel. The nut is HPB59-3 with nickel plating. The connector is unshielded and includes mounting hardware with thread lock. Operating temperature range is -25°C to 85°C, and the rated life is 5,000 cycles.
