The SIP32431DNP3-T1GE4 is a P-Channel high side power distribution switch from Vishay Dale. It supports an input voltage range of 1.1 V to 5.5 V and delivers up to 1.4 A of continuous current. The typical on-resistance is 105 mOhm at 5 V and 135 mOhm at 3 V, with a maximum of 230 mOhm.
Designed for general purpose on/off switching, it features a slew rate controlled output and reverse current fault protection. The switch is non-inverting and operates over an ambient temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. Maximum power dissipation is 324 mW.
