The Vishay SiC620ARCD-T1-GE3 is an integrated power stage solution designed for synchronous buck applications. It provides high current capability, delivering up to 60A continuous current per phase, and high power density. This device utilizes Vishay's Gen IV TrenchFET technology for reduced switching and conduction losses, achieving up to 95% peak efficiency.
The SiC620ARCD-T1-GE3 incorporates an advanced MOSFET gate driver with high current driving capability, adaptive dead-time control, and an integrated bootstrap Schottky diode. It supports 3.3V PWM logic and features zero current detect for improved light load efficiency. The component operates at high frequencies up to 1.5 MHz and includes a thermal monitor flag and under-voltage lockout (UVLO) for fault protection.
Packaged in Vishay's proprietary 5 mm x 5 mm PowerPAK® MLP55-31L package, it is designed for surface mount applications. This integrated power stage is optimized for 12V input stages and is suitable for multi-phase VRDs for CPU, GPU, and memory.
