The Vishay Dale SIC464ED-T1-GE3 is a high-efficiency synchronous buck regulator designed for a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 60V. This device integrates high-side and low-side power MOSFETs, capable of delivering a continuous current of 2A.
It features an adjustable output voltage down to 0.8V and a configurable switching frequency from 100kHz to 2MHz. The regulator boasts high efficiency, reaching 98% peak efficiency, and includes a power-saving scheme for improved light-load performance. The SiC464ED-T1-GE3 is housed in a compact 5mm x 5mm PowerPAK® MLP55-27 package, suitable for surface mounting.
