The Skyworks Solutions SI8441AB-D-IS1R is an ultra-low-power quad-channel digital isolator based on CMOS technology. It provides substantial advantages in data rate, propagation delay, power consumption, and size compared to legacy isolation methods. This device supports data rates up to 150 Mbps with worst-case propagation delays of less than 10 ns.

Key electrical specifications include a wide operating supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and isolation withstand voltages of up to 2500 VRMS. Power consumption is notably low, with typical values of less than 1.6 mA per channel at 1 Mbps and less than 6 mA per channel at 100 Mbps (at 5V operation).

Designed for reliability, the SI8441AB-D-IS1R maintains stable operating parameters across wide temperature ranges.
