The Skyworks Solutions SI8440AB-D-IS1 is an ultra-low-power quad-channel digital isolator designed for high-speed applications. It supports data rates up to 150 Mbps with worst-case propagation delays of less than 10 ns. The device provides 2500 VRMS of isolation and operates over a wide supply voltage range of 2.70 V to 5.5 V.
Key features include precise timing with typical channel-channel skew of 0.5 ns and pulse width distortion of 1.5 ns. It offers high electromagnetic immunity and transient immunity of 25 kV/µs. The isolator is AEC-Q100 qualified and operates reliably across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
Available in RoHS-compliant SOIC-16 wide and narrow body packages, the SI8440AB-D-IS1 is suitable for surface mount applications.
