The Vishay Siliconix SI7336ADP-T1-E3 is an N-Channel MOSFET designed for power applications. It features a maximum drain-source voltage (Vds) of 30V and a continuous drain current (Ta) of 30A.
This MOSFET utilizes TrenchFET Gen II technology for ultra-low on-resistance, specified at a maximum of 3mOhm at 25A and 10V Vgs. The gate charge (Qg) is a maximum of 50 nC at 4.5V Vgs, and the gate-source voltage (Vgs) is rated up to ±20V.
