The Vishay Dale SI7115DN-T1-GE3 is a P-Channel TrenchFET® power MOSFET designed for demanding applications. It features a 150V drain-source voltage and a maximum continuous drain current of 8.9A at 25°C case temperature.
This MOSFET offers a low thermal resistance in a small PowerPAK® 1212-8 package with a low 1mm profile, making it suitable for space-constrained designs. Key electrical characteristics include a maximum on-resistance of 295mΩ at 10V gate-source voltage and 4A drain current, and an input capacitance of 1190pF.
