The Vishay Dale Si7106DN is a 20V N-Channel TrenchFET® Power MOSFET. It is optimized for PWM applications and offers a low thermal resistance in a compact PowerPAK® 1212-8 package with a low 1.07 mm profile.
Key electrical characteristics include a drain-source voltage (Vds) of 20V and a continuous drain current (Id) of 12.5A at 25°C ambient temperature. The on-resistance (Rds(on)) is as low as 6.2mΩ at 19.5A and 4.5V Vgs, and 9.8mΩ at 15.5A and 2.5V Vgs. The gate charge (Qg) is typically 27nC at 4.5V.
This MOSFET is suitable for applications such as synchronous rectification. It operates within a temperature range of -55°C to 150°C (TJ). The PowerPAK 1212-8 package is surface-mount compatible.
