The Silicon Labs SI7023-A20-IMR is a monolithic CMOS IC integrating humidity and temperature sensor elements, an analog-to-digital converter, signal processing, and calibration data. It features a PWM output that can be filtered to produce an analog voltage.
This sensor provides precision relative humidity sensing with ±3% RH maximum accuracy across a 0-80% RH range and high accuracy temperature sensing with ±0.4°C maximum accuracy from -10 to 85°C. It operates within a wide temperature range of -40 to +125°C and a humidity range of 0 to 100% RH.
The SI7023-A20-IMR is factory-calibrated, ensuring interchangeability without recalibration. It is housed in a 3x3 mm DFN package and is suitable for surface mounting. The device operates from a wide supply voltage of 1.9V to 3.6V, offering low power consumption.
Applications include HVAC/R, thermostats, respiratory therapy, white goods, indoor weather stations, micro-environments, automotive climate control, and asset tracking.
