The Si7006-A20-IM1R from Silicon Labs is a monolithic CMOS IC integrating humidity and temperature sensor elements with an I2C interface. It is factory-calibrated for interchangeable use without recalibration.
This sensor features precision relative humidity sensing with a maximum accuracy of ±5% RH over a 0-90% RH range, and a high-accuracy temperature sensor with ±1°C maximum accuracy from -10°C to 85°C. It operates across a wide temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and a humidity range of 0 to 100% RH.
Designed for low power consumption, it draws 150 µA active current and 60 nA standby current. The device operates from a wide voltage range of 1.9 V to 3.6 V. It is housed in a 3x3 mm DFN package and is suitable for surface mounting.
Applications include HVAC/R, thermostats, white goods, industrial platforms, and asset tracking.
