The Skyworks Solutions SI5392M-A-GMR is a high-performance jitter attenuator and clock multiplier designed for demanding applications. It integrates advanced DSPLL™ and MultiSynth™ technologies to achieve ultra-low phase jitter, as low as 69 fs RMS.
This device supports a wide input frequency range from 8 kHz to 750 MHz for differential signals and 8 kHz to 250 MHz for LVCMOS. The output frequency range extends up to 1028 MHz for differential and 250 MHz for LVCMOS. It features multiple output types including CML, HCSL, LVDS, LVPECL, and LVCMOS.
The SI5392M-A-GMR operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and is available in a 44-TFLGA exposed pad package, suitable for surface mounting. It is designed with an integrated PLL and offers a ratio of 4:2.
