SI5341D-D09271-GM

The Skyworks Solutions SI5341D-D09271-GM is an any-frequency, any-output clock generator designed for high-performance clock tree generation. It combines a wide-band PLL with MultiSynth fractional synthesizer technology to provide flexible frequency synthesis up to 1 GHz on 10 differential clock outputs.

Key features include ultra-low jitter of 90 fs rms, supporting input frequencies from 10 MHz to 750 MHz (differential) and 10 MHz to 250 MHz (LVCMOS). The output frequency range extends from 100 Hz to 1028 MHz for differential outputs and 100 Hz to 250 MHz for LVCMOS. The outputs are highly configurable and compatible with LVDS, LVPECL, LVCMOS, CML, and HCSL standards, with programmable signal amplitude.

This device is ideal for replacing multiple clock ICs and oscillators, functioning as a true "clock tree on a chip." It can be programmed via I2C and SPI serial interfaces. The SI5341D-D09271-GM is housed in a 64-QFN 9x9 mm package and is suitable for applications such as clocking for FPGAs, processors, memory, Ethernet switches/routers, and test equipment.
