The Skyworks Solutions SI5335D-B07473-GM is a versatile clock generator and buffer IC designed to synthesize up to four independent frequencies, each up to 350 MHz. Utilizing Skyworks' MultiSynth fractional divider technology, it guarantees 0 ppm frequency synthesis error. This device can replace multiple clock ICs and crystal oscillators, offering significant system integration benefits.

The Si5335 supports up to three independent, pin-selectable device configurations and provides up to five user-assignable control pins for simplified system design, including spread spectrum control, output enables, and frequency plan selection. It offers flexible input references and independently configurable outputs supporting various formats like LVPECL, LVDS, CML, HCSL, CMOS, and SSTL/HSTL.

Key electrical characteristics include low phase jitter of 0.7 ps RMS and selectable PLL loop bandwidths of 1.6 MHz or 475 kHz for jitter attenuation.
