The Skyworks Solutions SI5335D-B02470-GM is a versatile clock generator and buffer IC designed to synthesize up to four independent frequencies, each up to 350 MHz. Utilizing Skyworks' MultiSynth fractional divider technology, it guarantees 0 ppm frequency synthesis error, enabling the replacement of multiple clock ICs and crystal oscillators.

This device offers highly configurable output drivers supporting various formats including LVPECL, LVDS, CML, HCSL, CMOS, SSTL, and HSTL, with independent output voltage control. It boasts low phase jitter of 0.7 ps RMS and supports flexible input references such as external crystals, CMOS, SSTL/HSTL, and differential inputs. The SI5335D-B02470-GM is configurable as either a clock generator or a clock buffer, with up to three independent, pin-selectable device configurations.

Designed for ease of system integration, it provides up to five user-assignable and pin-selectable control pins for functions like spread spectrum control, master/individual output enables, frequency plan selection, and device reset. It is PCIe Gen 1/2/3/4 common clock compliant and offers two selectable PLL loop bandwidths for jitter attenuation. The device is available in a compact 24-VFQFN exposed pad package suitable for surface mounting.
