The Skyworks Solutions SI5335B-B06840-GM is a versatile clock generator and buffer IC designed to synthesize up to four independent frequencies, each up to 350 MHz. Utilizing Skyworks' MultiSynth fractional divider technology, it guarantees 0 ppm frequency synthesis error. This device can replace multiple clock ICs and crystal oscillators, offering significant system design flexibility.

Key electrical specifications include low phase jitter of 0.7 ps RMS and support for various input references such as external crystals (25/27 MHz), CMOS (10-200 MHz), and differential (10-350 MHz). The outputs are independently configurable for formats like LVPECL, LVDS, CML, HCSL, CMOS, and SSTL/HSTL, with frequencies ranging from 1 MHz up to 350 MHz depending on the format. Output voltages are selectable from 1.5 V to 3.3 V, and the core supply voltage supports 1.8 V, 2.5 V, or 3.3 V.
