The Skyworks Solutions SI5332H-D-GM1 is a highly configurable clock generator based on MultiSynth™ technology. It can generate any combination of output frequencies with excellent jitter performance, making it suitable for a wide range of applications including servers, storage, Ethernet switches, and communications.
This device supports up to 12 differential clock outputs with 0 ppm frequency synthesis error. It offers flexibility in output signal formats, including LVDS, LVPECL, HCSL, and LVCMOS, and can operate in mixed-supply environments due to independent voltage banks. The input frequency range for external crystals is 16 to 50 MHz, while differential clocks can range from 10 to 250 MHz. Output frequencies can be generated from 5 MHz up to 333.33 MHz for differential outputs and up to 170 MHz for LVCMOS outputs.
The SI5332H-D-GM1 is available in a 32-QFN (5x5) package and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Configuration is simplified using Skyworks' ClockBuilder Pro™ software, which allows for custom part number generation for unique configurations. The device is RoHS3 compliant and has an MSL rating of 1.
