It supports single-ended or differential input clock signals and can generate multiple output types, including differential (LVPECL, LVDS, HCSL) and single-ended (CMOS, SSTL, HSTL) signals.

This device operates across a wide frequency range, supporting up to 710 MHz for LVPECL and LVDS outputs.
