The Silicon Labs SI4031-B1-FMR is a single-chip wireless ISM transmitter from the EZRadioPRO family. It offers continuous frequency coverage from 240 to 930 MHz with adjustable output power levels of -8 to +13 dBm, adjustable in 3 dB steps. This device supports FSK, GFSK, and OOK modulation.
Designed for low power consumption, the SI4031-B1-FMR operates from a 1.8 V to 3.6 V supply and draws 30 mA at +13 dBm output power. It features a data rate range from 0.123 to 256 kbps. Additional system features include a wake-up timer, low battery detector, and a 64-byte TX FIFO.
