The Sensirion SHT25 is a fully calibrated humidity and temperature sensor IC designed for high-accuracy measurements. It provides calibrated, linearized sensor signals in a digital I2C format, making integration into systems straightforward. The sensor utilizes a capacitive relative humidity sensor and a band gap temperature sensor, all on a single CMOSens® chip.
This sensor is embedded in a reflow solderable Dual Flat No leads (DFN) package with a 3 x 3 mm footprint and 1.1 mm height. It offers excellent long-term stability and low power consumption, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. The device is RoHS and WEEE compliant, free of Pb, Cd, and Hg.
Key features include an accuracy of 1.8%RH and a selectable resolution of up to 12/14 bit for RH/T. The sensor chip contains an amplifier, A/D converter, OTP memory, and a digital processing unit. Additional information and evaluation kits are available from Sensirion.
