The Sensirion SHT25 is a fully calibrated, linearized humidity and temperature sensor IC designed for high-accuracy measurements. It features a digital output via an I2C interface, making integration into various systems straightforward. The sensor boasts excellent long-term stability and low power consumption, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
With an accuracy of 1.8%RH and a resolution of 12 bits, the SHT25 provides reliable data for environmental monitoring and control. It is housed in a reflow solderable Dual Flat No leads (DFN) package with a 3 x 3 mm footprint and 1.1 mm height. The sensor chip is built on a 4C CMOSens® technology, integrating capacitive relative humidity and band gap temperature sensors along with necessary signal processing components.
The material composition includes a silicon sensor and a housing made of plated copper lead-frame and green epoxy-based mold compound.
