The Sensirion AG SHT25 is a fully calibrated humidity and temperature sensor IC. It features a digital I2C interface and operates from 2.1V to 3.6V, with a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
This sensor provides calibrated, linearized signals and boasts an accuracy of ±1.8% RH for humidity measurements. The output resolution is 12-bit, and it has a response time of 8 seconds.
The SHT25 is housed in a compact 6-TDFN exposed pad package, suitable for surface mounting. The sensor's construction includes silicon, plated copper lead-frame, and epoxy mold compound, making it RoHS and WEEE compliant.
