The SGM809-TXN3L/TR from SG Micro Corp is an integrated microprocessor supervisory device designed for critical power monitoring in various applications. It provides system stability by resetting the microprocessor during power-up, power-down, or brownout conditions. The device features a push-pull reset output and supports multiple reset threshold voltage options, including 1.8V, 2.5V, 3V, 3.3V, and 5V.
With a low quiescent current of 13μA typical, it is suitable for battery-powered applications. The SGM809-TXN3L/TR operates reliably from VCC as low as 1V and maintains a reset assertion for 240ms on power-up. It offers excellent transient immunity to ignore fast VCC fluctuations.
This supervisory circuit is available in a compact SOT-23 package, making it ideal for space-constrained designs. It operates across an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, ensuring performance in demanding environments. Applications include computers, portable equipment, automotive systems, and intelligent instruments.
Note: This part is not recommended for new designs.
