SGM61163XTRI14G/TR

The SGM61163XTRI14G/TR from SG Micro Corp is an efficient, 6A synchronous buck converter designed for high-density applications. It integrates power MOSFETs and supports a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 18V. The device operates with a current mode control and offers a high switching frequency, adjustable from 200kHz to 2MHz, which allows for smaller inductor and capacitor sizes, thus reducing the overall solution size.

Key electrical features include low integrated RDSON switches (27mΩ/18mΩ), a 0.6V internal reference voltage with ±1% accuracy, and a typical shutdown current of 3.4μA.
