The SGM2019-2.5YN5G/TR from SG Micro Corp is a low power, low noise, and low dropout voltage RF linear regulator. It is designed to supply up to 300mA of output current with a typical dropout voltage of only 270mV.
This regulator features a fixed output voltage of 2.5V, an operating input voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V, and an output voltage accuracy of ±2.5% at +25℃. Additional features include logic-controlled shutdown mode, output current limit, and thermal shutdown protection. The device exhibits low output noise of 30μVRMS typical and high PSRR of 74dB typical at 1kHz.
The SGM2019 series is available in Green SC70-5 and SOT-23-5 packages, operating over an extended temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃. Applications include modems, MP3 players, cellular telephones, PCMCIA cards, palmtop computers, and other portable electronics.
