The Amphenol ICC SFW30R-1STE1LF is a 30-position FFC/FPC connector with a 1.00mm pitch, designed for right-angle surface mount assembly. It features a Zero Insertion Force (ZIF) mechanism for easy cable insertion and secure retention. The connector accepts FFC or FPC cables with a thickness of 0.30mm, and supports both straight and tapered cable end types.
Contacts are made of phosphor bronze with a tin finish, located on the bottom of the connector. The housing and actuator are constructed from glass-filled Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS), rated UL94 V-0 for flammability. The connector is rated for 100V and operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 105°C.
This connector is suitable for applications requiring a compact, reliable interconnection for flat flexible cables. The right-angle orientation and low 2.70mm height above board make it ideal for space-constrained designs.
