The SFV25R-2STE1HLF is a 25-position FFC/FPC connector from Amphenol ICC, featuring a 0.5mm pitch and surface mount right-angle orientation. It is designed for top contact connections with a zero insertion force (ZIF) slide lock mechanism, ensuring secure cable retention. The connector accepts FFC or FPC cables with a thickness of 0.30mm or 0.33mm and requires a notched cable end.
The housing is made of halogen-free glass-filled liquid crystal polymer (LCP) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating, and the actuator is of halogen-free glass-filled polyphenylene sulfide (PPS). Contacts are tin-plated phosphor bronze, offering reliable electrical performance. The connector is rated for 50V and operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 105°C.
