The SFS37T50K384B-F is a 50 µF, 370V AC rated metallized polypropylene film capacitor from Cornell Dubilier's Type SF series. Designed for motor run applications, it provides starting torque and power factor correction for split phase motors in refrigeration and air conditioning systems. It is also suitable for power supply applications requiring noise suppression, voltage regulation, and line current reduction.
Key electrical specifications include a capacitance tolerance of ±10%, dissipation factor less than 0.1%, and a service life objective of 60,000 hours with 94% survival rate at rated voltage and temperature.
