The SFMC-110-L1-S-D is a 20-position, dual-row receptacle from Samtec's SFMC series, featuring a 1.27mm (0.050") pitch. It uses the Tiger Eye™ contact system with beryllium copper contacts plated with 10 µ" (0.25 µm) gold on the contact area and matte tin on the tails. The insulator is black liquid crystal polymer (LCP) rated UL94 V-0. This through-hole, solder termination connector is designed for board-to-board or cable applications with a push-pull fastening type.
Electrical ratings include 2.9A per pin (2 pins powered) and 220 VAC / 310 VDC. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C. The low insertion force lead style (-L1) provides an insertion depth of 3.05mm to 4.06mm. The connector is rated for up to 10,000 mating cycles with 30 µ" gold plating.
Typical mating partners include Samtec TFM series for board-to-board and FMTP or FFMD series for cable applications. The part is lead-free solderable and has a moisture sensitivity level of 1 (unverified).
