The Samtec SFMC-110-02-S-D-P-TR is a 20-position, 2-row female socket receptacle from the SFMC series, featuring a 1.27mm (0.050") pitch. It is designed for surface mount soldering and includes a plastic pick and place pad for automated assembly. The connector uses a push-pull latching system and supports board-to-board or cable-to-board configurations.
Electrically, each contact is rated for 2.9A (2 pins powered) and supports 220 VAC or 310 VDC. The operating temperature range spans -55°C to 125°C. Contacts are made of beryllium copper (BeCu) with a tin finish over 30µ" nickel underplate. The insulator is black liquid crystal polymer (LCP) rated UL94 V-0. The connector withstands up to 10,000 mating cycles when gold plated.
Packaging is tape and reel. The component is lead-free solderable per the datasheet. Mechanical specifications include a maximum SMT lead coplanarity of 0.10mm for the 20-position variant. The insertion depth ranges from 3.05mm to 4.06mm.
