The SFM-105-02-S-D-A is a 10-position, 1.27mm pitch surface mount receptacle from Samtec's SFM series. It features a female socket design with Tiger Eye beryllium copper contacts (tin plated, 30 µin) for reliable performance. The insulator is black Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating, and the operating temperature range spans -55°C to 125°C. Electrical ratings include 3.2A per contact (3.7A per pin with 2 pins powered) and 250 VAC (275 VAC per datasheet). The connector uses a push-pull fastening mechanism and includes a board guide feature. It supports a range of mated stacking heights from 6.15mm to 11.76mm, making it suitable for board-to-board or cable applications. The component is surface mount with solder termination and is lead-free solderable per the datasheet.
