The Samtec SFM-103-02-L-D-A-K-TR is a 6-position receptacle connector from the SFM series of Tiger Eye™ systems. It is designed for board-to-board or cable applications with a 1.27mm (0.050") pitch and 2 rows. The connector features a push-pull fastening type and includes board guide and pick-and-place features for automated assembly.
The connector is rated for 3.2A per contact and 250VAC, with an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The contacts are tin-plated with a thickness of 10.0µin (0.25µm) over nickel. The insulator is black LCP with a flammability rating of UL94 V-0. Mated stacking heights range from 6.15mm to 11.76mm.
The SFM series uses beryllium copper (BeCu) contacts for high reliability and is qualified for severe environment testing, aligning with MIL-DTL-55302. The surface mount termination and solder tails enable compact PCB designs. The connector is lead-free solderable.
