SFH690ABT

The Vishay SFH690ABT is a transistor output optocoupler housed in a 4-pin SOP package with a 100 mil pitch. It utilizes a GaAs infrared emitting diode coupled to a silicon planar phototransistor detector. This device is designed for signal transmission between electrically separated circuits, offering a high current transfer ratio (CTR) ranging from 50% to 300% at 5mA.

Key electrical specifications include an isolation test voltage of 3750Vrms, a high collector-emitter breakdown voltage (VCEO) of 70V, and a low collector-emitter saturation voltage (Vce) of 0.3V.
