The Vishay SFH6106-2T is a transistor output optocoupler featuring a high current transfer ratio, low coupling capacitance, and high isolation voltage. It is constructed with a GaAs infrared diode emitter optically coupled to a silicon planar phototransistor detector, housed in a plastic 4-SMD package with gull wing termination.
