The SF10DG-T is a 1.0A super-fast glass passivated rectifier diode from Diodes Incorporated, part of the SF10 series. It is designed for high efficiency switching applications.
Key electrical characteristics include a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 200V, average rectified output current of 1A at 75°C, forward voltage of 950mV at 1A, reverse recovery time of 35ns, and non-repetitive peak forward surge current of 30A. The diode also features low reverse leakage current of 10µA at 25°C and 100µA at 100°C.
The SF10DG-T is packaged in a through-hole DO-41 (DO-204AL) case with molded plastic material rated UL 94V-0. Terminals are tin-plated and solderable per MIL-STD-202. Polarity is indicated by a cathode band. Operating temperature range is -65°C to 150°C with a thermal resistance of 75°C/W junction to ambient.
This super-fast rectifier is suitable for power supplies, converters, and other circuits requiring fast switching rectification. It is RoHS3 compliant and lead free.
