The SESD9L5.0ST5G from On Semiconductor is a Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed to protect voltage-sensitive components from ESD and transient voltage events. It offers ultra-low capacitance of 0.5 pF, making it suitable for high-frequency applications like USB 2.0 high-speed and antenna lines.
Key electrical specifications include a working peak reverse voltage of 5V, a clamping voltage of 9.8V at 1A (8/20µs), and a fast response time typically less than 1.0 ns. The device also features low leakage and IEC61000-4-2 Level 4 ESD protection.
