The SESD8008MUTAG from On Semiconductor is an 8-channel unidirectional TVS diode array designed for general purpose ESD protection. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 3.3V and a typical breakdown voltage of 8.1V. The diode clamps transients at a typical voltage of 8.1V and can handle peak pulse currents up to 16A (10/1000µs waveform). With a low capacitance of 0.3pF at 1MHz, it is suitable for protecting high-speed data lines.
