The Littelfuse SESD0402X1UN-0020-090 is an ultra-low capacitance discrete TVS diode providing unidirectional ESD protection for high-speed serial interfaces. It is suitable for applications such as USB 3.1, HDMI 2.0, and DisplayPort.
This TVS diode features a low off-state capacitance of 0.2pF at 3GHz and a low dynamic resistance, ensuring excellent signal integrity. It has an IEC 61000-4-2 ESD rating of ±20 kV air and contact discharge. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
Packaged in an industry-standard 0402 (1005 Metric) DFN package, the SESD0402X1UN-0020-090 is designed for surface mount applications.
